Appointments

Referrals

New patients can obtain a letter of referral from a General Practitioner or other Medical Specialist.

Your referral can then be forwarded to Dr Steinfort’s rooms via fax, email, post or dropped in to the rooms during business hours.

Links to our referral forms can also be found here.

Making an Appointment

New patient appointments are made on receipt of a referral.

All referrals are assessed to determine how quickly you need to be seen and for how long.  In some cases tests may be required prior to your appointment. If this is the case our reception staff will contact you to make arrangements.  Otherwise an appointment letter and new patient information form will be posted to you within a few days of receiving your referral.  Please fill out the new patient information form and bring it to your appointment.

If you have any concerns about your appointment please contact our reception staff, who are always happy to help.
